YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday with occasional travel as needed.

YOUR DAY

As our Substation Wireman, you'll install conduit and cable tray systems, build out control houses, terminate control cables, set relay panels and steel structures, and troubleshoot circuits-all while ensuring safety and precision. You'll interpret plans, coordinate scope changes, and help shape the infrastructure that powers communities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Current Commercial Journeyman Electrical License or 4+ years of substation experience
• Comfortable working with heights or working from a boom lift
• Ability to complete paperwork and document scope changes
• Strong understanding of substation standards and control wiring
• Ability to interpret plans to create material requisitions and determine resources needed to complete projects
• Proficient in rigging and hand signals for equipment operation
• Ability to troubleshoot power circuits and work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work for extended periods in high heat and direct sunlight
• Adherence to safety policies and procedures
• Willingness to travel

A CDL Class A driver's license with a clean driving record is a plus.
